If you would like to redeem a pass, coupon or discount please purchase your tickets on arrival at our front desk. Please note that discounts may not be redeemable online.
How can I request a refund?
Email [email protected] with your order number to request a refund. Please note services fees will not be refunded. We offer refunds up to one day before the booking date.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable.
How can I reschedule my visit?
Tickets cannot be rescheduled. We encourage you to purchase your tickets in person if you are unsure about the specific date or time you want to visit.
Does everyone need a ticket?
Children 3 and under get in free.
